gonna put a small correction here for the beginning of the video. the RIG brand was originally created by plantronics (now poly, owned by HP), Nacon bought the RIG brand in early 2020 after plantronics exited the gaming market to focus more on their workspace/business offerings
What about how they sound on PlayStation? For foot steps… I was looking at turtle beach or steelseries pro models. Yes I know not great but sound for steps.
@@EspoC2 I am probably going to go steelseries nova pro or turtle beach stealth pro. I am going to try my stealth 350vr set to see but the wire gets in my way.
As a gamer who has also spent a LOT of time in the audiophile space, I'm giving up on gaming headsets. My plan is to get a decent standalone mic, and a pair of Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 80 ohm headphones. That being said, the budget stuff (especially when wired) gives you a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to pure audio quality. Wireless means you're ALWAYS going to be sacrificing some audio quality in the name of convenience. Depending on your priorities, that could be an acceptable compromise. Personally, I'll take a little inconvenience for improved audio quality and longevity.
No disrespect here, but sounds like a lot of negativity for a headset that's $100 or less. You can't expect premium here. I know everyone has their preferences, but to go on and on about the volume wheel... Idk. The only thing that looked like it was missing was the game/chat adjustment. I own a pair of the RIG 700 Pro HX and they've been pretty solid so far.
To help for the future, Nacon purchased Rig from Plantronics. That's why it's named differently, it was an existing product from another company, like Epos used to be part of Sennheiser.
would you recommend using an Xbox controller on my PS5? I know there are adaptors but I was curious if there is any more input delay than usual? Thank you!
I use the PC38X from Drop and Sennheiser, although now I think they're branded as Epos and Drop PC38X. They have good sound quality, fairly flat frequency response curve and are open back so they have an unbeatable soundstage for gaming headsets.
I have the 800 pro hx . I personally like em quite abit. I can wear em without my ears catching fire after a hour and battery life is crazy. but I’ve only owned these and a super old set of low end turtle beach. So I’m so far from knowing what I’m talking about it’s not even funny … and like always sir another great vid 🤟. I’m also looking forward to get your thoughts on the 900 s
hey kevin loved your review on the vader 3 pro i just want you to know i just got my controller in the mail and they made the C and Z buttons clicky thank you for your review it made my product even better

can't wait your opinion on the new Gulikit Kingkong 3 Max.

Sounds horrible and keeps disconnecting. Only meant for the PC❤
TB stealth 600 G2s have treated me well for footsteps on MW3.
Situational awareness was pretty good, you get a nice sound stage.

I'm eyeballing either the inzone h9 or turtlebeach stealth pro, but to be honest, headphones are pretty low on my list of gaming gear right now.
I'm a big advocate for the Corsair hs80 good sound, awesome mic, great price
Are you gonna be doing a video on which to get? the Logitech A50x vs Astros A50X?
Are you going to review the new guilikit kk3 max?
What would be the best option if magnetic Hall effect joysticks and mechanical face buttons are wanted in a Xbox controller
Flydigi Vader 3 , I picked up because of his review and so far it’s amazing!
if you had to recommend a custom xbox controller which would be the most worth your money what would you pick?

Is it better than the turtle beach stealth 600 tho?

Just got a PS5 pair of the 600 Pro HS for $30 on clearance at Walmart, loving them so far
For the app, do you need to general-Bluetooth pair then open the app, or pair specifically within the app?
Damn that’s a good question but I believe the 2nd. Pair to the app, although now I’m gonna try both
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Some things are annoyingly particular, so just checking.

I hope they keep up with the reputation and quality of Plantronics and they bought Rig from them.

I just jump from kraken X to KZ EDX Pro, KBEar KS1 or KBEar stellar when I don’t need mic. Headset looks nice tho
*before watching video* I like the look of these so much, I'm hoping they're good because I'm looking for an excuse to buy some kind of RIG.
They look pretty good with a nice design/colour, shame about the mic and volume level, hopefully the 900s will be better. Great video ✌️
