I can 'Feel all of these working. I'm guessing it will take several weeks for me to get back to where I was. I'm 72, but in real good condition. I enjoy Martial Arts, and Kicking. So, I'm going to have to be Careful, and Warm--up better than I was. Thanks for all the helpful techniques.
3 times a week is a good start. Monitor your progress each week and if things feel better and are fine, add another session, or just keep it at 3 times a week, and add another set to each exercise.

I feel like this speaks to my symptoms… can this happen from daily yoga? Overstretching maybe?
