Has Randy discovered the secret of immortality? I sure as hell hope so! Can't think of hardly anyone who I would rather see with that gift! I swear to God this man has not physically changed one molecule since the 1st time I saw him play in a Bellevue Washington skating rink in 1978! No bullshit! I was 16yrs old. Have since seen him over 30 times (lived in Seattle area my whole life) and you'll never meet a greater musician or person then Randy Hanson! Never,! God bless you Randy (pretty sure he all ready has) and thank you more than my words could possibly express for bringing so much beauty, joy, and happiness to mine and countless others life's! Randy is one of the best - he puts on great great show- he needs to be in the Rock Hall of Fame! He has be on the circuit for like 20 years and keeps on going!

I met Randy at a gig in Switzerland, some years ago, and he was a very kind spirit, besides being a totally awe- inspiring guitarist,singer performer and stage personality. I really enjoy to seeing him continue to do his thing in 2023- keep going Randy- we love you for your playing and big smile- always.

Randy Hansen transcends the limits that confine most cover artists. I believe he understands Hendrix better than anyone and communicates from the same realm as the master himself. A humble master giving voice to the greatest of them all.

Randy, Ive been a big fan of yours since the Late 70s. you turn me on to Floyd Rose back in his garage days with your interview with guitar player magazine. I was there at the los osos gigs Pismo, Greek Theater, Monterey pop 1989. champagne and cocaine, baby! what a fu*kin intro!!! I was asked to drum for that band years ago. Couldn't do it at the time.
Does Randy write? He should explore his skills and try some original stuff. Maybe not on stage doing Jimi, but I would love to here him let go! He might have already...what do I know. Anyway, he is great! His voice is effortlessly similar to Jimi's. That along with his appearance and guitar playing is really spooky. It is like reincarnation to a degree. His spirit is gentle also...just like Hendrix. I am freaked. Glad he is here to keep the sound going!
They need to make a newer movie of Hendrix and let Randy star in it! I would definitely go see it. They could star older musicians that didn't pass away too. Maybe that's too much. Who knows. They don't know, like I know...✌

Whoever hired this drummer needs to be FIRED. What musician doesn't know Stone Free from top to bottom just from radio play ALONE? This is very, very bizarre. I saw Randy at the Admiral Theater in Bremerton WA with Rail & Co. opening the show in 1980. That's the year he released his Champagne & Cocaine album. I've been invited to a regular jam every Thursday night at his place in Auburn but haven't made it yet. This drummer doesn't know ANY of this material.
Maybe you could show him how it`s done, lol!

It's such a shame Randy Hanson can't perform his US shows with his EU band. Thát band makes Randy ánd the Songs "SHINE"! Thís band Never sounds as a Unit, Bassplayer ain't "Tight" with the Drummer, as a solid foundation for Randy. Sorry..
