- This week on The Royal Tea, Sarah Hewson is joined by The Sun’s royal photographer Arthur Edwards, royal editor at Vanity Fair Katie Nicholl and royal editor at the Evening Standard Robert Jobson.
The panel discuss Princess Catherine’s triumphant return to public life since her cancer diagnosis, appearing at the King’s annual birthday parade, Trooping the Colour.
In a statement released last week, the princess said she was making “good progress” with her treatment, but candidly said she has “good days and bad days”.
Plus, a new bombshell biography about the Beckhams, by celebrity biographer Tom Bower, has claimed Meghan Markle ‘deluded herself’ in thinking she was of a higher social status than Victoria Beckham.
And, members of the Royal Family displayed a united front at Ascot for a day at the races.

King Charles has the daughter he always wanted in Catherine, so he's going to be very protective of her. It's lovely to see their relationship bloom because she adores him as much as she adores her father.
People can make their comments about the Middletons, but that is a very close family, and provide the stability and trustworthiness that the King and Prince William need.

Princess Catherine looked regal, dignified, and beautiful as always. It was so wonderful to see her out with her family. She is definitely the star of the RF. Much loved and respected here in the US. As a 40 year nurse, I'm constantly amazed at how much Catherines health severity is minimized, especially compared to KC. Ppl with prostate cancer most often die from something related to their old age and not from the cancer. He will be fine. On thebother hand, Catherines beauty and class distracts from the fact that she is clearly quite thin and frail. They try to minimize ber situation by saying she is undergoing "preventative" chemotherapy which is quite deceptive. You don't blast a body with toxic chemicals as a preventative measure, you do it because there is a significant risk that if you dont do it, something worse will happen. Catherine is in a fight for her life.
The Kings cancer has not been defined - we do not know what cancer he has .

I agree, and no-one knows or are discussing how good or bad her recovery was the following day. It could be days before she recovers from all the energy she put into the day.
Princess Catherine looked so absolutley beautiful. She really is an English Rose. The entire Trooping the Colour was so enjoyable to watch. My bucket list is to see it in person and not just on Australian television. Wishing Princess Catherine continued speedy recovery and love to her three beautiful children. I loved the way Prince William still looks at Catherine with so much love. It is like a beautiful real life fairytale.

Based on the comment at the end, it seems the show is being cancelled. If true, it would make sense given how out of touch they are with their audience (and honestly the general public) and for featuring the likes of Afua (someone w/ no royal insider information, a disdain for the working royals & the institution as a whole, and an obsessive devotion to advocating and defending H&M) almost every episode.

The reason why Harry and his family are estranged from the RF is 100% on Harry and who he married and it is sad for their children in California. The Wales' children are just fine. They have amazing parents and a loving family around them.

I am an American elderly woman and I fully agree with Jobson on the Andrew issue. Things don't look good, certainly, but he has never been convicted. Also, and especially in this day and age, people are accused of all sorts of things that later prove to be wrong. Just this AM, I listened to a video on a legal channel re: a woman who served 43 years!! in prison but now, all these years later, has been found to be innocent. Yes, Andrew is a pompous ____ and I don't care for him one bit but either convict him or let it go. Guilt by association is not right for any of us.
