Thank you very much my tripod angle screws are very loose and it's a new tripod so I am very disappointed about this after watching your video I cleaned the tripod tighten the screw and I am very happy so thank you very much from core of my heart.🤗🤗🤗

How the hell does the spring stay inside the black piece?

I'm also wondering the same thing. I just received a replacement spring from RRS and now I can't get the damn thing to stay inside the black piece and haven't been able to use the tripod in a few weeks now :(
