- My first road trip reviee with my 2024 Kia EV9 GT Line! It was pretty epic compared to my previous Tesla Model Y, Model X, and Model 3! Might have to pass on the Tesla Cybertruck, ha!

You basically can drive 4 to 5 hrs on the highway in a truck before "needing" to drive, and 6 hrs in a crunch. I stop like every two hours re-up on snacks and stretch my legs. Saying that and i rarely roadtrip, maybe 2 or 3 times a year. I commute 32 miles roundtrip 5 days a week, and this is the best of both worlds.

I read in forums that Apple CarPlay shows directions on the HUD, but haven't found any reports on Android Auto. Please test it when you can! 😁

I bought a GT-Line and have confirmed that Android Auto shows the navigation on the HUD! (US model, in case it matters).
Now if they can fix fast charging cap on tesla supercharger it would be perfect and lower price lol

That efficiency seems really impressive for such a large car going 70 mph at cold temperatures. I am wondering what it would have done to the range to keep four people comfortable at maybe 68 degrees. I don’t need such a big car, but it’s tempting as it has so much going for it. I think I’d probably go for the Wind.
I will say the layout of how and where you can get the relevant information you would want for an EV is either non intuitive or not there at all. Have to hunt for it and really when you map a destination, it should really tell you SoC on arrival, etc. Question - while cruising, and you hit an irregularity in the road, do you feel like the car shimmies sideways?
Have you driven the Taycan and if so, how does this compare overall?

Comparable Taycan the wagon is much morr than this. Taycan has better range in highway. InsideEV has the highway test numbers. Kia has more space cheaper service I imagine. Easier to resell EV9 than Taycan but both will lose value fast like all EVs.
