I can see two reason why Roxy might be able keep her ego check. First is that she's more matured and experienced, and second, the maternity chip left a lasting influence on Roxy's personality despite being forcefully 'uninstalled' in a brutal manner.
I think that Creepy Doll Easter Egg was actually a Yandere Simulator Reference because one of the CB Plushies was wearing a similar outfit to the main character in that game and laughs just like her because CB has never been known to laugh like that 😅
