It is an outside air temperature sensor.

Do you have to change the orphis tube too

Do you mean the expansion valve? - That takes the place of the orifice tube - this system has an expansion valve and you do not have to replace it when doing the condensor.

Naw a orphis tube I thought I read 2008 honda civic because the engine look like a 1.8l
