Never. Though was few times on a verge to make an appointment, but found solutions in books and journals. Might sign up just for checking the "range of motion": thanks for prompting to considering it. And please more videos like this!
Jeez thank you I’m going to physio atm for upper back pain and he’s mainly said it’s just to tight to give a diagnosis I’m only going because it’s been painful for 15 months now and is running me down to much will keep working on it though :)
I might have to give a proper PT a try sometime. I freely admit that I sorta hate all the supplemental work, but when I stop doing it, I get injured, which is always worse.
@@heatherfell_oly Interestingly, my whole journey into triathlon came from a PT-I dislocated my patella and my PT basically told me that she could get me 85%, but if I didn't stay strong, I'd have essentially forever pain, and she suggested cycling. That got me into running, and then living in an Ironman town took care of the rest! But yeah, very lucky I've never had to need a PT to fix tri related stuff, that's for sure.
This is a cool video, but I wish you could hear the physio talking her through the exercises while Heather is performing them. I bet there's some great insights into proper form that we are missing because of the music.
Hi bro i am from india and three months before I have taken MRI THAT RESULT shows quads and patella tendon insertion. And the doctor said to me add some wait to the ankle and lift it sit on the bench. So have done exercise over . That leg become thin other than one. Is it curable from physio theraphy. Get to normal position
Hey guys I would like to known a bit more about paratriathlon as I’m struggling to find a category that I can fit into. I wouldn’t be able to start straight away due to a rotator cuff injury (ouch) any help would be great. Thanks Joe
How often do you have to visit the physio?
Is a physio another way of saying doctor

More of this sort of thing! The ankle one's gave my ankle a great stretch especially having sustained an injury there aswell!
Great to hear it helped.

You are lucky you've never had to use one. Well done on doing your own conditioning work though.

@@heatherfell_oly thank you for great video, I will definitely try some of demonstrated stretches.
Broke the 180 degree camera rule on the interview 😬
I understand the GTN girl perfectly, but I'm struggling to understand word of what this guest/physio girl is saying...mumble..fast mumble
She's cute ^^ both actually.
And so fucking what? What the fuck does it matter. So tired of creepy ass comments
