Survey: More than half of American workers engage in ‘quiet quitting’

A trend dubbed “quiet quitting” is spreading across workplaces in the United States, with workers notably less passionate about their jobs, looking to set boundaries, and refusing to work at night or on weekends, according to a poll by the consulting firm Gallup.
