If you've been to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, or Nara, or if you want to feel more Japanese and want to save money on food during your trip, Fukuoka and Kumamoto in Kyushu are also recommended. Hakata is the center of Fukuoka Prefecture, but there are many hotels around Hakata Station and the prices are relatively cheap. A festival called Dontaku is also held on Wednesday, May 3rd. It is a very big festival that even Japanese people come from various places to see the festival. Kumamoto also has Kumamoto Castle, so if you like castles, you should go there. There are Shinkansen and highway buses from Hakata to Kumamoto, and if you take the highway bus, a round-trip ticket for one person costs 4,700 yen. Please enjoy yourself when you come to Japan.

1:42 This is one of the most famous images of the moment of the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011.
At the time, there was confusion and mixed information, but studies later revealed that five prefectures were particularly badly affected, that 34 municipalities were hit by tsunamis, and that tsunami heights from a minimum of 2 m to a maximum of 40 m were observed in various locations.
On the day of the earthquake, there were 28 tremors of intensity 7 or higher, and the following day, on the 12th, 15 tremors of intensity 5 or higher hit Japan.
It did not matter whether it was day or night, and even outside the affected areas it felt as if it was shaking almost all the time, causing people to lose their sense of balance, to feel dizzy or have ringing in their ears, or to suddenly feel like crying terribly, giving rise to a new term, 'earthquake sickness'.
The next day, on the 12th, there were 15 tremors of 5 or more. In the midst of all this, the news kept showing these terrifying scenes of the tsunami, and even we Japanese, who are used to earthquakes, were anxious, wondering "What is going to happen to our country now? I remember that everyone in the town was talking about it.
Incidentally, the Japanese internet sometimes gets into a lively conversation about how the world map is made to draw attention to the West, or to make the West look more splendid, so people overseas often have the illusion that 'Japan is a small island nation', but Japan is 2,787 km from north to south and 3,146 km from east to west, including territorial waters, and its territory alone is as long as the length of Europe from north to south. In terms of territory alone, in Europe, the length from north to south is equivalent to the distance from Copenhagen in Denmark to the coast of Morocco, and the length from east to west is equivalent to the distance from Milano in Italy to the Bay of Biscay at the eastern end of France, making the land area of Japan roughly the same as that of Germany or the UK.
In the USA, it is the same from north to south as from Toronto, Canada, to the Gulf of Mexico between the USA and Mexico, and from east to west as from North Carolina to Mississippi, which means that the tremor lasted over a fairly large area of land.

    Happy new year! 🥳
It's been a while since an update.
I completely forgot about Jason's channel.
It was a video about the kindness of the Japanese people, but even if it's a normal scene for Japanese people, it seems that foreigners have a special feeling.
    Are you coming to Japan?
    That's good!
Please take your time and enjoy yourself.

50 Dropped Wallet in the MOST HONEST COUNTRY
There are many videos like this one
Japan has become a country that is always tested by foreigners.
If someday a crime really happens, it will continue to be slandered and ridiculed by foreigners from all over the world.
Isn't there an increase in the number of thefts by foreigners who saw this?
I guess what you took was just a joke

In JAPAN, most of people are ruthless,,,,,
Right wing opinion people love to say "Self-responsibility."
    They never help others.
