I bought the same. Are you going to put on the long coat? Only one set of extra hands & not possible to pose the same as on their web site. The gloves are impossible to wear.
Just come to realize the fingers of the pre-installed hands can be bented. Excellent!

The left hand is for holding the pistol. Hands shown on their web pages & box art are not included. It's misleading.
It does come with the left hand that's shown on the box art. If you look when he first takes it out of the box it has the hand on. So it just looks like he swapped it for the gun hand later on.
