I've watched this channel so much these past week, that I straight up saw the Zhang brothers in my sleep... Won't stop me from continuing to watch though.
After watching this gameplay then i remember that AI Sun Ce actually very agressive against Huang Zu to the point most of time attacking him ASAP, loses the battle and got executed... And that's made to unlock Wedding event always pain unless you playing in Sun Ce Faction..
You could put points into divination tactics almost the whole episode and you could put points into the dignity skill even tho you have not maxed out the other skills in military just so you know. I am really enjoying the Rotk 8 episodes that you do.
The dignity was an overlook because I thought you had to max every skill first (but apparently you just need to learn every skill first) The divination is on purpose. It is really hard to learn divination wisdom so the idea is that if Zuo Ci or Yu Ji can give me the tactics for free through random events, I can save the points for the ultimate
@@SeriousTrivia Yeah. When you did the same thing with other let's play's it certainly was that way. Maybe it was fixed in a patch? Oh! So thats the plan. But dont you need atleast one skill in the divination tactics first for them to be able to teach you?
I really dont understand why the developers didnt add more factions, I get that the south was basically desserted back in that period, but at least add some bandits and/or random factions to fill the game and make it more interesting, specially in a remake
I don't actually think this will help. Having one or two officer in a region really doesn't do much because the strength of a given region is relative to both the officer count and troop count. You also don't want random factions to recruit away all the historically relevant local free officers to ruin potential historical tales and immersion. While the empty land approach in some of the earlier timelines is not the greatest option, I don't think they are materially different than say a region with 1 or 2 officers. You are basically then just punished with being forced to fight a super easy manual fight or a highly manageable delegate for the same result. With the game using from historical or romance-mentioned characters, creating basic filler factions with a slightly well known leader is just not going to do much for the game. At its core, ROTK is much better when trying to experience one of the major factions with decent enough options to pursue some historical routes.
Wouldn’t it make more historical sense to have most of the deserted regions be Han controlled though? At least in the earlier time periods. My understanding is that they still had appointed administrators for this areas, even though they were far from the court.
Nobody:
Old men in the game:
*deep breaths*
proceeds to laughs as maniacally or absurdly as possible

Just want to say Sun Ce is the 🐐.
The brother (Sun Quan) always request money (200 gold). 😂😂😂😂

oh I did not know that (they can only level up and not teach a new one?)
@@SeriousTrivia Im not sure but from what ive seen so far, it certainly looks that way.

Why Xu Yi is hostile to you?
Historically, Sun Ce tried to hire him but he refused but I really don’t understand why they made that hostile in the game
