Ninja does put a lot of work of course I subscribed, mostly because of his personality. I don't even care if he takes out a whole squad or not. I think most of Ninja's subscribers still here because of his personality and of course he is a skilled player, but it's not really that matter. No hate meant* I used to watch Prosp but as far as personality is concerned I prefer Ninja. From my perspective it feels like I can even just be listening to Ninjas's videos on a background and it would be still as intresting as watching him.

actually the best loadout is: Ar/smg (mythic from bosses), shotgun (Gatekeeper is best), sniper/dmr (mythic from boss) heals and shockwaves :)
