    Angge! Ang key para hindi magspike ang blood sugar mo is all about portioning (always marami ang gulay, more on green leafy veggies), exercise( i did walking every after meal) and yung sequence ng pagkain ( always unahing kainin ang gulay then protein at last ang carbs). Also lots of water. Wala kang ibang iinumin kundi water. Pwede din ang prutas pero sinlaki lang ng Bola ng tennis ang allowed or 1/4cup. Potatoes, corn, kamote, saging, are considered carbs. I did this and walang gamot or insulin and on my 37 weeks no more restrictions.

    Hi Angeline , napansin ko Kasi na kumakain ka Ng undercooked egg or malasado , iwasan mo muna Kumain Ng ganyan habang buntis ka baka baka may salmonella Yung raw na itlog na kinakain .. make sure na luto Yung kinakain mo . Take care ..

    I'm 26 and now battling with gestational diabetes . Grabe talaga saka kalang magsisisi kapag anjan na. grabe din ako mag soft drinks and white rice dati. Laban lang momsh♥️

    Ampalaya, ampalaya, at ampalaya para sa blood sugar mo. At saka lots of water. Sa rice, try mo bulgur rice para hindi grabe sa carbs. At saka masarap siya. That will be good for you and brown rice.

    Sa 3rd pregnancy ko nag Karoon din ako ng Gestational diabetes at Chronic hypertension. Pero bumalik din sa normal after having my baby at diet.

    Diagnosed din po ng GDM ..with my first baby ..hirap at first ,,mahirap yung financial kasi kelangan na mag insulin ..praying na makaraos hanggang december ❤🙏🏻

    Basta lahat nag bubuntis hirap talaga .. kaya nga natatakot ulit ako mag anak kasi laki rin ng tiyan ko sa panganay ko baby .. 8.11 lbs muntik na ako ma cs .. kaya ms angie need walk and heathy food sau and ur baby ..godbless po

    No softdrink , juice , cakes , mga carbohydrates, pasta , pansit , breads anything na sweet, kakanin .. Dapat tikim tikim lang ng 2 bites.. Kse magkakaroon ka ng high blood pressure..Dapat more on vegetables , chicken & fish ..Drink plenty of water..

      Ms. Angie after pricking your finger, wipe the first drop of blood. Gently squueze to get the second drop to be tested para po not diluted with tissue juice that may result to false low reading. Ganyan po ginagawa sa hospitals. Best wishes po for safe preganancy and delivery.😍

      @@shanaiajason8758 ok naman po sa awa nang DIYOS.meron po ako maintenance gamot 3 times a day methyldopa. Monitor din po blood pressure ko.

    Miss angge same case sa 2nd baby ko. It was painful but necessarilly.. Literal na lifestyle change ang gagawin natin kasi my maaapektuhan na inside your tummy.. In God's grace makakaraos din po kayo just keep on praying po na Kayanin at bigyan po kayo lagi nang lakas ni lord nang makaraos po kayo ng safe and healthy ni baby🙏

    relate mula nung nagbuntis ako sa aming thirdy...ang hirap yung need i.control, kya Khit buntis nagwalking, nagyoga, taz after ksin lalo paggabi walking ulit...I had my insulin shots, twice a day kasi bawal magtake ng medicine...and praise God succes...pinanganak ko ung bunso ko last march thru induce kasi paghintayin pa sa due bala daw lumaki pa...at thanks God ulit healthy na healthy baby ko...
    Fighting mamshie! Di tlga sya joke..😓🥲 but worth it ang sacrifice..❤❤❤

    Laban lang mamsh kaya mo ibattle yan gdm. Follow lang talaga mamsh ang advise ni Doc and your nutritionist/dietitian kahit mahirap iresist ang mga masasarap na food. I am 40 and preggy with my second baby thank God I do not have that but as a Nurse we are handling patients po like you and just to let you know po kaya mo yan basta laban lang mamsh ingat palagi ❤🎉

    First-time mom ako non buntis ako nagka gestational diabetes ako then high blood. After long manganak nawala say but after three years I didn't take care of myself I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes

    Portioning dapat… i had GDM sa baby ko (one and only child). I was 37 then. It was not even too high but my OB referred me to a perinatologist. Thank God nakuha nman sa diet. I had to check my blood sugar 4x a day. My diet should be a total of 30g carbs on breakfast and dinner, 45g carbs on lunch time. And i had to submit my weekly diet portioning sa clinic nurse. Nkalista kung ano mga kinakain ko, ilang carbs yun and kung ilan yung portion (like 1/3 cup rice, 1/4 cup nuts, etc). Sabi din ng nutritionist sakin na kpg kumain ka ng carbs pair it with protein. Sabi din sakin na dont eat fruits sa umaga kc dun yung pinaka peak ng sugar. High risk kc na malaki baby mo and mahirapan ka manganak. After delivery ko they checked my baby’s blood sugar ng ilang times. Kc kpg gdm ang mommy, c baby pwedeng magkaron ng hypoglycemia once delivered na. Thankfully, normal nman blood augar results ng anak ko.

    Regular exercise po importance kahit walking lang. More vegetables po at drink water po always. Di Lang din po SA pagkain nakukuha ang pagtaas Ng sugar number 1 po ang stresss Kaya relax lagi at happy happy.

    I was diagnosed before with gestational diabetes sobrang laki adjustment yung need na gawin, especially sa food intake. Pero I need to do it for my son, and also for myself. Kasi if hindi natin babaguhin life style natin, it will develop into more severe problem which DM 2 in the future. And some other persist after birth, so tuloy tuloy lang mamshh. Kahit na deliver na si baby still alagaan parin yung self kasi mahirap magka diabetes it could last for a last time ang hirap mag insulin.

    Pag buntis bawal yang basa ang itlog, dapat well done pra iwas po sa salmonella. Eat more fruits nad veggies and more water.

      Agree mamsh. Ako nung buntis tiniis ko talaga na hindi maka kain ng sunny side up egg. Kasi bawal sa raw foods ang buntis.

    You can do it po👊🏼 2 pregnancies ko po meron po akong GD. Ok naman po mga sugar babies ko. More veggies kana lang po kapalit ng rice nyo and less sweets. Pero ako po treat ko sa akin dark chocolate po but maliit lang po then pasok parin naman po sa sugar ko😅Ako po malaking tulong po nun sa akin ang lemon water po ako everyday then 30mins walk after meal.

    SA pagbubuntis din Nagstart ang type 2 diabetes KO.Kasi SA genes din nang byenan KO,,Ka blood type nya c bunso KO.Tinanggal KO din ung rice nun,,Pero nag brown rice parin ako pag gusto KO magrice nun,,nag normal namn habang naglelabor ako at manganak.,Pero ingat talaga kaht manganak kna,Kasi pwde magtuloy sa mom or SA baby.Thankful nalang ako,kaht sakin nagtuloy kesa namn SA anak KO.
    Kaya halos low carb knakain KO.
    Pag craving ako SA juice,blend nalng ako cucumber with lemon.
    Avocado with APC.or coconut milk
    Strawberry with APC.,pwde mo lagyan kunting Stevia..

    Mag babad Po kayo ng okra overnight..hatiin nyo sa gitna.. Tapos inumin nyo Po sya tuwing umaga..dpat Wala pong laman Ang tiyan nyong pagkaen kahit ano..mabilis mkababa ng sugar..I'm diabetic also..3rd trimester ko na..awa ng diyos normal na Ang sugar ko❤

    Pg m22log ka patagilid para comfortable ka at pg nkhiga k at babangon k ,galing kama position mo is tumagilid tas yung siko mo ang itungkod easy way pra. Mkbangon ka,pra nmn d malaki ang tiyan mo ,wag ma22log sa hapon ara2 ,wag iinom ng malamig khit anong malamig ,dont eat sweet food at softdrink lht yan mkk2long para d lumaki ng subra tiyan mo , gnyan kc ginawa k for my self noong bntis ako s bonso k tas ng manganak ako nagulat sila kanino bata yan kko ank ko what d kita nakita nabntis gulat sila ,lht.     Ako ng nagbuntis sa last baby ko.nagkarun din ako nyan nalaman ko ng 6months tiyan ko..kaya nagtake ako okra juice sa umaga iniinum ko walang laman ang tiyan for 2 months ..successful po bago ako manganak normal n blood sugar ko.try nyo po very effective nyan

    Nlaga kamote,magbabad k po okra s tbig s isang baso. Paumagahan m po knabukasan inumin m po ung tubig n pnagbbaran ng okra. Tiisin m lng po lasa para maestablish blood sugar m po. Iwasan m po mga bnanggit m pgkain po.

    Na diagnosed dn ako ng GD neto lang nung nagbuntis ako. Maagapan naman yan momshie ange need mo lang magingat sa mga knakain mo. Kung dmo kaya ng walang rice use low GI rice and pasta. Pede ka naman kumain ng mga carbs pero monitor mo lang. then use ka ng sweetener instwad of sugar safe ung equal gold for pregnant. More on ulam and veggies kaNakaya ko and with right diet okay naman si baby nung lumabas. Tiis lang talaga sa mga cravings. Iiyak mo nalang and bawi nalang kapag nakapanganak kna!     Naku 31 weeks n din ako ngayon Mrs. Ange😅😊 we have the same situation, n diagnosed din ako ng may gestational diabetes.. so I'm monitoring my sugar level din and reducing my sugary food lalu ung kanin. I'm using Accu-Check to monitor my sugar level ayoko mag insulin kya nman todo monitor din ako.

    Thats normal when your preggy, but it will go back to normal. No worries just slow down on carbs and startchy fooods and sweet

    super effective po maam angge gulay at karne/isda/manok ang kainin lang kht unli karne pa po ☺️ 8months preggy po aq and nagiinsulin dn and monitor .. so far bumaba n po sugar q dahil sa food .. disiplina lang po talaga .. gat maaari ndi aq nag fafried .. boiled egg lang talaga aq .. baka lang po makatulong ☺️

    Ako din gestational diabetes, ako lang lagi nag monitor sa sugar ko tusok everyday sa daliri ko.

    Same Gestational diabetes. 30 weeks ako ngstart mg insulin ng inadmit ako kasi mataas din. Pero amg sugar level ko lng nmn di umaabot ng 138 . Hanggang 132 to 134 . .sa brasi ko iniinject ung insulin. Medyo mahal nga lang. .

    Ganyan din sa akin noong nagbuntis ako,pero sa awa ng Diyos nagamot naman . Ginawa ko, disiplina sa sarili bawal kumain ng matatamis, high carbs, rice at iba pa. Kailangan maglowcarb ka para gumaling ka.

    I had gestational diabetes at 10 weeks and naka insulin. Sadly, nag continue sya after giving birth so tuloy tuloy ang insulin. My son is 3 years old now and thank god healthy naman but it really traumatize to me to have another kid.

    Instead of rice mag cauliflower rice ka na lang. You can buy it frozen sa grocery. Microwave mo lang yun for a healthy life style replacement for rice. Mabubusog ka rin. Kse diabetic ako .. I eat cauliflower rice . Much better & healthy for baby.
