    If you can get rid of the shoes with the high heel that cause you to heel strike, and learn how to run with your head over your toes (as well as keeping your head level instead of bouncing like the majority of people do with bad form), yes, it can strengthen your joints.
    Watch people when they go walking or running; if they walk in two different directions at once they have a hip problem, if when they are running their head is bouncing up and down they have a form problem because they are hopping up while falling forward and that is really for the joints.
    You are supposed to use your hamstrings to pull on the ground with your toes while your quads absorb the impact in your glutes project you forward. If you can't do this you will hop up and down and do a lot of damage to your joints

    I have question! Alternating muscle groups between sets is better or exhausting by 2,3,4... Sets a group and then move next to the other. This is for full body training.
