How to Connect to The INNOVV Wi-Fi | Only for iPhone

Step 1. Click the INNOVV App
Step 2. click the settings Icon.
Please click "OK" once the system requiring for a WiFi connection.
Step 3. Then the system will jump to the settings of your phone
Step 4. Please click the WLAN
Step 5. Please click the INNOVV Wi-Fi to connect
Step 6. enter the default password: 12345678
Step 7. Go back to INNOVV app after the WiFi connected sucessfully
Step 8. then you can operate the device via the App

I have the "No internet connection" warning on my iPhone 11but have not noticed the pop up window message. On the odd occasion the wifi does connect anyway but its very flakey.

Would you delete the INNOVV Wi-Fi, and then try again? It might fix the problem.

I was told to put my phone in plane mode
On all the reviews on u tube no one had mention that had to be done
Soon as I did this my app and system started working
