The agony this man is in throughout the film is heartbreaking. His eyes every time he looks at Anne convey such sorrow and longing and it f-ing gets me!
When the movies are different than the books I just tell myself that the book inspired the movie and I don’t expect them to be the same. I haven’t seen the movie because I don’t have Netflix but I’ve read the book and it’s one of my favorite stories. So much emotion put into words. Specially the letter he wrote to her, just wow. But I do want to watch the movie.
There are several iterations of Persuasion, this being the latest. This is the only one where the actress portraying Anne seems able to inspire the kind of enduring passion Wentworth felt for her. I know a lot of people didn’t like this movie, but I really did.
This song is the best part in the film. (I know lots of people dislike the film but I think it had it's charms, yet my opinion stays the same: Birdie's song was truly the best part of this endeavour).
I don’t care what the critics say… this movie made me cry and warmed my heart…and I felt this movie story deeply! Dakota was amazing.. and this birdie song I’ve fallen in love with…critics just go away and let us enjoy love in all its forms❤❤❤
So many emotions run through my mind and my heart weeps. Beautiful song, but brings some pain too. Too much loss. Still waiting for the day I can listen to it, without being emotional.
This video is truly beautiful, and the editing is flawless how the words line up with every moment we see. This shows the shining emotional beauty of their love in only four minutes. I have lost count how many times I've seen this movie and love it more and more. Thank you for making this, and showing perfectly why I love them and this song so much.
Their chemistry is absolutely breathtaking. Toby is beautiful and every girl's dream. Their kisses always take my breath away. The best Jane and Edward ever
So grateful for this work of art! The sublime music throughout the movie and these two protagonists, perfect in their role. Oh what a love story!!!! Can't stop watching it.
I've watched multiple times and i don't care about the critics,i loved this movie❤️ Dakota Johnson was funny, genuine and with so different way romantic!!!!The movie was like a fairytale ❤️
I have never read Jane Austen's book. Never knew about Persuasion. Even the movie in 2007. So I'm not biased to give comment on this Netflix Persuasion .. I cried a lot watching this movie! Dakota plays Anne 's role perfectly and I can feel deeply the hurt, ached-soul. The song (Quietly Yours) also so melodious and beautiful! It turns to be one of my favorite songs!
This song and Wentworth are the only things i love about this film. Everything else i just think has nothing to with the original story. The agony thoughout the film and relief at the end on Wentworth's face, absolutely spot on. This song complements the story beautifully.
I think this version is the winner. Would very much like to purchase the video, if ever one is produced. Please let me know if it gets that far; i believe it deserves to.
The song is very pretty but it doesn’t make up for this awful awful film please don’t butcher the classics by doing a modern Bridgiton like abominations in period drag, if you want to make something supposedly inspired by the original then do that and call it something else like they did when the adapted Emma as clueless which was very entertaining

Same!!!
I kept hearing people hate on the movie but I truly loved it.

For sure!
This song 🥰🥰
I loved the movie, sweet and easy to watch. Song is just so pure beauty
This is the best part... So bad it's just on the end.
So wonderful - the song and the movie
I don’t care what the critics say… this movie made me cry and warmed my heart…and I felt this movie story deeply! Dakota was amazing.. and this birdie song I’ve fallen in love with…critics just go away and let us enjoy love in all its forms❤❤❤

I love this AU version of Persuasion. Cosmo is the best Wentworth. Also Dakota as Anne was great, too. This video is absolutely lovely. 😍😀🎉
Their chemistry is absolutely breathtaking. Toby is beautiful and every girl's dream. Their kisses always take my breath away. The best Jane and Edward ever
The song touches emotions I didn’t know I even have. It relaxes my troubled mind. It’s like silk and milk to my soul.

I loved this movie too…❤️🥰
I agree, I loved it 🥰
Me 3😢it was so painful yet so sweet
This is a crappy modernisation of a classic.
This is so beautiful! the song matches the scenes perfectly, and with your editing the result is lovely💕 and so peaceful
The movie not that bad really liked the actor who played Wentworth the tear on his face when he got his Anne was touching ❤️❤️

3:35 when I fell in love with Cosmo Jarvis
Não paro de ouvir e ver essas imagens desse filme inesquecível!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤
Wonderful edit! I like the cast, but wish the movie was better. Anyway great job!!
❤
What do you edit on?it's so good
And where do u get clips? 🥺🥺
Every Anne who's waiting for her captain 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Dakota Johnson is the most beautiful Anne ❤️❤️❤️
I like this version but the majorly of audience didn't please people give a chance.
The movie was horrible but this song is amazing.
😊
>>>>>> #CONSUFRUTOS SO MUCH INCREÍBLE EXCELLENT WORK>>>>>>>>
Loved Henry Golding. And Dakota was amazing. I just never felt the chemistry between Anne and Wentworth.
When smarmy Elliott touched Anne I am sure Lovely Wentworth would have loved to have punched him most of us would have ! loved that❤️❤️
I did not his beard. It gives an idea of uncleanlyness.
The only thing I took from this movie is this song
The song is very pretty but it doesn’t make up for this awful awful film please don’t butcher the classics by doing a modern Bridgiton like abominations in period drag, if you want to make something supposedly inspired by the original then do that and call it something else like they did when the adapted Emma as clueless which was very entertaining
Wish they’d picked a different guy. He looks like a giant toddler.
I disagree… he’s very handsome, masculine and has a deep voice. He doesn’t give off toddler vibes at all 😂
I disagree, the emotion he shows is beautiful.
Terrible acting, terrible script. The only question why? Why did you make such an awful film?
❤
