Hi, thank you.
Depending on the style of the wedding arch, fabric can drape easily through the arch. If not, you can use pipe cleaner to help with fabric invisible threads of fishing line to hold fabric in place.
For flowers, use chicken wire, floral foam secure with cable ties, also can use oasis bind wire, oasis waterproof tape.
