1. Vince Carter (6'6) is the NBA's Greatest of all time dunker a.k.a NBA Dunk God 2. Not one NBA Player today is still better than VC when it comes to dunking. Julius Erving (6'6)? yeah he was the first exciting creative dunker but he can't even match MJ. Jordan (6'6) is one of the best dunkers cause when he executes his dunks he got flight and finesse but lacks creativity, that's why fans are debating that Wilkins was more creative. Now Vince Carter was like the mix of both got creativity, finesse, vertical, and etc a.k.a the complete dunking package and FYI VC's dunks we're inspired in the streets, east bay. 3. FYI Jordan's 48" vertical wasn't proven through dunks, if you could see both Vince and Jordan they leap at the same height, However VC dunked OVER a 7'2 player Weis (NBA competition or not, it was still difficult, his dunk was clean, he didn't even needed his left hand to assist him to propel him higher, he was just so hyped that he leap over the dude). Which proves he leaps higher than Jordan. BTW Jordan's best dunks are VC's warmup/practice dunks. 4. NBA fans also need realize the difference of a better leaper than a better dunker. Like Zach Lavine (6'5), Zach leaps higher than Vince but is missing something when he executes dunks like finesse, body control and lacks a lot of power. Also Zach hasn't got much of a dunk package in-game except when he's in the dunk contest. 5. Dominique Wilkins (6'8)? Shawn Kemp (6'10)? Blake Griffin (6'10)? they're powerful dunkers but they can't fly and execute dunks like VC. 6. Nate (5'9)? Spud Webb (5'7)? Yeah they got hops but they can't really do much in the air. *If anyone thinks otherwise, I'd understand cause we prefer different types of dunkers but I'd still be happy to debate and share links proving VC is better.
I think if there's someone who can match his "airness" michael jordan, it would be vince, just consider his clutch while in mid-air to change his dunk. anyone else agree??
