How did I not know about The Grove???? I have never left Southern California. Born In LA many many years ago and now live in Endinitas. Perfect timing as we are planning to see the Petersen Museum. Thank You
Hi Chris. Great walking tour of The Grove. Such a beautiful mall for being 20 years old. Definitely need to ride the Trolley and make sure to get a spot on the top level. Thanks for sharing and take care.
Hi Chris! The Grove looks to me like the Americana over at the Glendale Los Angeles neighborhood. I love that one! I will need to go visit this one now. CAB 😊
I used to love this mall because it used to have regular stores but all of the stores are now luxury thats what is happening to Glendale Galleria now its all luxury but still the grove is a nice place to still go and walk its very nice looking
I'm really glad that I saw your video because I've been thinking of visiting this mall sometime in the near future. After this walk through of what's actually there, I'm not so sure that I would visit anymore. It's really not the kind of place that appeals to me. Thank you for the informative video!
I remember the Grove back in the 80's, it was a giant parking lot next to the studio and Farmer's Market. Same goes with California Adventure next to Disneyland.
I visited it 10 years ago, very nice mall, can you do a tour for Santana Row+ Valleyfair mall in San Jose? Best mall in northen California, after the pandemic.
Your video illustrates why Drew Carey wasn't thrilled when they moved The Price is Right from Television City to a new studio over by Glendale. He used to walk from the studio to The Grove to eat at the excellent restaurants there between tapings. The new studio is in a repurposed e-commerce distribution center and really has nothing within walking distance except, as Drew will tell you, a bar and a strip club. I love The Grove and Original Farmers Market, and always take visitors from out-of-town there. Excellent video, Chris.

The Grove’s got the Groove; one of the few places in LA that hasn’t lost its luster and gentle glow.
Thanks for sharing, Chris.
Right on!
The Farmers Market is one of the coolest places in LA. That's a great area
I think so too!
Love walking around there !
LA native here.
The Grove is a must visit.
I love The Grove! That is such a great area all around. ❤😊
Cool place! Looking forward to your tour of the Famers Market, one of my favorite places to visit in LA.
Coming soon Paul!
That is the nicest outdoor mall I have seen. I could easily just go to walk around myself.
And ride the trolley of course! 😀

Thanks James! Yes. They maintain it well!

Yup! Built by the same company
My name is CAB too, my initials at least
one of my favorite places to go especially in the summer or spring!
Nice mall
Wow! I had no idea that The Grove was so expansive and beautiful! I would go just to ride that double decker trolley!
Thanks for the info + video!
I have to go there when I’m in LA next!
safe and clean, there are people in music / film industry around...as well...
I really like this place. Great Farmers Market.

Visited in October last year, I loved it!❤
Great insight
thanks hasnt changed.... since i had been there in 2015....
at night it has the vibe....
Indeed it's cool at night.. video comes out better in the day hence the daytime walk 😀

It's pretty small as far as nalls go. Century City is the better "shopping" mall in LA.
I saw your comment about See’s Candy. Amazingly enough, I enjoy See’s more than Godiva. It has more taste.

I was just there last night! 🎉🎉
Neat!
I visited it 10 years ago, very nice mall, can you do a tour for Santana Row+ Valleyfair mall in San Jose? Best mall in northen California, after the pandemic.
Did you get your pompadour tuned up?

Thanks Reed! I'd be bummed to move away from that studio too
Where can I park?
The Grove has its own big parking structure
You live a lot closer to the Spectrum in OC, don't you? That is a pretty nice mall too. The Grove is a bit far from you just to go to a mall.
Yes.. super close to Irvine Spectrum
@@YellowProductionswhich mall would you consider nicer? I go to the spectrum quite a bit
That is where I parked when I went to The Price is Right!
Nice!
Is there an active big clean up crew or do you just get really big fines for littering? The streets look spotless
Another video to make me miss coffee bean ok
It looks pretty nice 🙄😑
1:54 ... getting a Dishonored vibe here...
I've been there before 😂 it is good but a lot of people smokes and u can smell it. Marijuana and other stuff
Love your videos, but your camera motion is making me sick.
Sorry bout that. I'll try and slow it down 😀
Westfield Century City is better
I’d disagree…both are wonderful but this adds almost theme park elements
Century City is $20 parking when ur done shopping.
So is the grove
Meh
What does "meh" mean? Something like "blah" ?
