Hiya Frankie. I have just come out of hospital. I had burst tummy ulcers due to years of taking pain medication due to a spinal injury giving me daily headaches. I have taken up yoga today hopefully to stop the pain. xxxx am not allowed to take the pain medication anymore. xxxxx

My husband is controlling me with substance , and it’s damaging me .. and having 2 kids it’s stressful and i am depress and now nothing is working on me, but I know what to do for myself to get back on track . I spoke to him but he seems like doing it intentionally , emotionally abusing , if it’s not working then doing something which causing me that , or putting me in mess .
