Until one day she stopped showing up. My biology teacher had a small paper on the white board and had a rose with it. I had no idea what had happened so at the end of class I walked up to the board to see. She passed away and my teacher could not hold it together. I feel so much guilt for not asking how she was doing or if she needed anything. This song for some reason brings back the small memories we had. Just small smiles and small conversation, not asking each other a thing about each others lives. The small "hey do you understand this?" or a "wait what did the teacher say?" Our moments were minor but I hope life is good now for her. I hope her family are doing well. I hope you're in a better place now. Rest in peace, Vanessa.

My grandfather died thanks to breathing problems, it threw my whole family into a depression and I wasn’t even able to go to his funeral. He was such a sweet man and would always bring us gifts. He didn’t deserve to die... Every time I here this song I get so teary eyed because it reminds me of him.
