Especially one that doesn't allow drivers to book their own loads, always have an excuse about not being able to book loads drivers find on DAT even with reputable brokers. They don't give out the original rate confirmation to drivers...plus they have a joke of a location for their trucks & trailers. They're obviously not using the money they are raping from drivers to make themselves look professional.

Yes, you have to get those things, but most companies that give you the so called “fully loaded” trust me you get hit in your pockets, I just had a fully loaded , apu, cummmins engine, the whole nine, but I was making $1.27 per mile in a lease purchase, lol I’ll take my basic truck and 2.50 - 3.00 a mile over that any day. Ps, they even had the nerve to charge me .03 a mile for the APU for the duration of the lease at the other company and wanted the APU back at the end of the lease, lol, ok😂😂 with the money I make now I can buy two APUs if I wanted to, lol
Honestly, I can’t confirm or deny your accusations. What I can say is that I have seen certain loads on load board for a higher rate,💯 With that being said it all goes to the definition of the 88% they say we receive. 1) 88% of the freight booked 2) 88%! of the rate we agree to I’m no lawyer , so for that matter it all comes to how the contract is worded. But, what I can say as a Fact is I average from 2.15 to up to 2.65 a mile per week and that is 1-1.30 over the average that most companies pay their lease purchase drivers. Trust me I’ve done my research, and this isn’t my first lease. With that being said I don’t operate that truck unless I believe the rate is fair. Another option for you is to get your own truck and authority and you will cut out most middle men and get that “Load Board” rate in which you are seeking. I came home this week for two days and I grossed 8k so I’m riding the wave. And you asked me why do they do this? I can’t speak on their behalf because I am not an employee I’m just out here hustling just like you.
You get your first week earnings on the 3rd Friday.So they actually don’t keep any of your money you just wait 2 weeks for your first week of earnings .
