- Circular hike from the Enzianhütte over the Eselsweg past the Schwarze Hütte again over the Petersalp high to the Enzianhütte.
Early in the morning we started at the Enzianhütte above Oberstdorf and we wanted to walk to the Rappenseehütte. On the way we had to cross several snow fields that seemed very dangerous.
For this reason, we decided to run via the Eselsweg down into the Rappenalptal, past the Schwarze Hütte, up to Petersalp and again the steep climb to the Enzianhütte.
It was a very strenuous for us but eventful tour with beautiful impressions of the surrounding Oberstdorf Alps along the Rappenalpenbaches.
