My favourite fitness UA-camr, natural, honest, strong and powerful, and most importantly, ambitious. I'm 17, I hope I get as diligent and powerful as you one day. You are truly an inspiration to the new generation.
It’s so crazy to see you boxing man I used to watch you a couple years a go you got me into working out , now i shadowboxing at home and I haven’t watched you in years but then I stubbled onto a video of you boxing and your doing amazing. It’s crazy how far life and fitness can take you .
god bless you man , i swear your journey is so inspiring to me , i wish to be a pro fighter as well wish you all the best b4 flex or should i say barfour.
Hello! I am in transition from powerlifting to muay thai due to the confidence issue and it’s been 2 months now. I was looking quite big and jacked but never felt that I am a strong individual in many aspects. Training martial arts is helping a lot to cope with this issue and I hope I can step in the ring one day just like you! You look like such a genuine guy! Keep it up mate
A bit late but congratulations on the W bro. Seeing your progress this past year ever since the shift to boxing has been nothing short of amazing. Perhaps one day I should head over there to the UK from Sweden and see you fight bro!
Your awesome man. I bet you felt like a beast after your win. I’ve gotten a little more interested in boxing lately, but I live somewhere where it’s like not around at all. I’m 16 btw
Good on you mate, you said at around 8:40 that yopu couldn't get too proud of it because it was so short, but that exactly why you should be proud of yourself, also big ups for saving that £
I love watching these fight vids because i'm a bjj practitioner and i'm training to be in a tournament. I'm trying to train 6x a week and 1 open mat, also doing weightlifting and plyometrics soon. Working on my recovery
Learn to level change, idk if u boxers do that but in wrestling we do level changes and it's actually really good if u learn to use it fast. U just kinda lower your whole body and from there i guess u throw a punch or something idk
Hi, are you worry to get concussions during your career as a boxer? I have read in many websites that fighters have highers chances of developing dementia when they are old than people who didnt fight. Maybe the risk is worth it because it is a fun and satisfactory lifestyle but what is your opinion?
15-40 % of boxers experience brain damage but these are competitive boxers. Depends on how serious you take it. Alot of times the brain damage comes from sparring too hard too often, not healing properly after a knockout or concussion, bad hydration because of big weight cuts or because of bad lifestyle choices like drugs partying alcohol mixed with bad sleep, diet and water intake plus boxing.
Good work lad 🙏I have seen your improvement throughout your videos you've picked up the dedication and the right training for boxing . One day you will make it pro brother🫡. Try to upload some sparring footage too that we can help you on boxing iq .
Mr. B4 FleX, I hope you take this as constructive criticism. All this talk about going in for the kill, destroying the opponent, power, and knocking out seems to be a bit excessive to me considering the amount of fights you have, you won this fight because the opponent was sub par but congrats. Your first fight you looked like a back alley brawler, no control and very reckless, that approach is normally from a weight lifter's mentality. Focus on "Boxing" and learn the sport well, learn to softenup/sting your opponent before attempting the KO. The majority of knocks out do not occur because one planned it, they happen because you put in the work and the opponent enabled you to knock him out also. In the beginning of your career try to get rounds in to gain experience for later on in your career, but if the ko presents itself take it of course. Keep it up I'll be watching for your next fight and would like to see some great improvements, keep your chin down and your guards up m8.
you're looking a lot more refined, can't wait to see how you do in your pro debut! (assuming you're going for pro)
100%
