I never was a cat person, the wife wanted a cat, she found one she liked on the internet from one of our shelters here in Connecticut. well, when we got there (wynnie) jumped up on my lap the minute we were in the room! that was 7 years ago. she is my best friend,she is my little girl . I am 57 years old, and I can truly say wynnie is my sole mate

Before I read the description, I had a feeling this was an old cat just from the sound of his voice. But, the purr when the camera was close made me smile because I have a 6 y.o. that purrs almost a loudly.
Precious little boy. I wish cats lived longer though. Even 15 years, which is long for a cat, doesn't seem anywhere near long enough.
The way cats developed through the process of evolution, affects by nature, and recently interference/involvement by mankind has fascinated me and bewildered me time and time again. After all these factors are applicated, we gain a decent but still rather vague understanding into how Cat's work and why they act the way they act.
After all this time, why are they so damn naturally adorable and abundantly cute? :) I can't resist but to be completely infatuated with cats and their cuteness.

Boy, you sure r lucky to still have him. He reminds so much of my cat that we had to have put to sleep , when he meows. He was only 11. I guess the vet told me that male cats that don't drink enough water get stones real bad. He was white tabby with blues eyes. His name was Damien.
When I hear him he sound just like my cat LittleOne who I lost on January 7th. This kittie is a sweetie!! Hearing makes me miss my cat very much!

Your cat's outliving my expectations. I won't be surprised if he has the energy for at least another 3 to 5 years. In fact, I WILL be surprised if he didn't live that long!
This video may be just an ordinary slice of an ordinary cat's life, but those brief glimpses can be supremely comforting for someone who'd always had cats around while growing up. I get lonely sometimes, living on my own now. Looking into this kitty's eyes and sharing a simple moment with him across time and space, I could feel some of my stress melt away. Nourishment doesn't have to be novel.

this cat is much remind of my late Garfield, best cat I had for over 20 years. He would stare toward me and moewing to remind me that it was time for dinner. His friendship for almost 14 years with Hershey, dachshund, as he missed Garfield.
