The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Each interval is known as a Pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.🍅
break your workday into 50-minute chunks separated by 10-minute breaks.
after about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 40 minutes.
When the study time is over, the bell rings, and the screen changes.
The Pomodoro study method is very helpful for concentration and is good for using time efficiently.

Today, someone deleted their Easter Morning on the Farm ASMR/Ambience. It was a video with a bedroom and there was sunlight pouring through the window and there was rooster sounds and cow sounds and Easter decorations in the bedroom. The one and only Easter Farm ASMR/Ambience is gone. Could you please make one? We definitely need this kind of ASMR/Ambience video on UA-cam. That'd be great if you would make one for us.
