Google Ads Suspended with no active campaigns WTF Google!

Jupplee is working in a case to fix a Google Ad Suspended account with no active campaigns. All ads have been deleted, and we find it crazy that the Google Ad account is still suspended for circumventing system policy.
Really bad service from Google Gtech Team, we ask for Google to re enable this account.
