2:19 big tip here, don't use universal potion when using heavenly 2 potion due to the fact it gives you the chance to get something bad like comet or something else that's not that good in the Starfall biome, the whole point of people doing it in the rain is because they want to have a good chance to get something like sailor or abyssal hunter, and from what I've heard the gauntlet that gives 6x luck on the 10th roll doesn't work when using heavenly potion, so just replace it with the jackpot gauntlet(next best Left Hand gauntlet) when using the potion. Hope this helps!
