Okay... I finished story and am doing chaos statue runs. All I got from the game is a tier one card and a quest. My statue says it is level one at 100%. How do i get it to tier two now?

Do you have any advice for someone like me, who has only now defeated the final boss of Act 11, and have only now, unlocked the Chaos Statue? Advice in the sense of....as someone entering the chaos system for the first time, what should I be focusing on?? I'm only Level 79. Thanks in advance.

i got a chaos key, but i dont know what to do with it
