Been there, Zucho. I didn't know that I was having anxiety and depression. One day I woke up and couldn't breath properly, the same experience went on for months, visited the doctor and they said there is nothing wrong with me and that it was anxiety. Good thing is I'm feeling better now but that feeling of breathlessness went on for almost six months. Anxiety medicine will hardly help you. Exercise, good diet and being with loved ones helped me. If you are feeling the same, change your lifestyle. Be logical in every approach in life and importantly Pray.
I cried 😭😭😭 Our society hardly speaks about mental health and those of us who seeks help or visit psychiatrist are often stigmatized as "Pagla hoishe " .But depression is real.I could relate alot with you.Most days I cry because I woke up.Recovering slowly, thankyou for speaking about it Zuchobeni.
Zuchobeni is such a fighter who's been through so many and yet, she's here, a better version of herself. We wish you all the very best and you're an inspiration to so many.

I swear, but I get really mad when somebody speaks to me that way. Speaking about mental health is a taboo and people who got through with it, living a daily life its really difficult.People are really quick with judging and passing comments without knowing that person. Dang... there was a time when I heard voices, saw spirits(don’t know if its real) when Dead people came in my dreams and called me to come with them and I cried alot even though I’m a guy and already in college. But Prayer and God never fails us. Gradually praying helped me out and I’m a happy person now.🙏🙏

By far this is my best episode..these ladies are on top of everything on earth ...I nearly broke down when Zucho shared her experiences which I can relate in someways (like the anxiety or anciousness ...)
