- Paradise Beach Club is a WONDERFUL place to visit if you go to Cozumel, Mexico!! We are Nancy and Naomi, and took a mother daughter cruise on the Oasis of the Seas back in 2020...finally getting these vlogs out now, LOL!

The price as of May 2022 is 59.00 and you pay half online on their website. Then you pay the other half when you arrive. All inclusive so the food and large bottles beer are all included, Taxi ride was $15.00 each way, their Wifi is free and extremely good.

Wow! What a coincidence - the same day you posted this we were at Paradise Beach club enjoying the day. It was a lot more crowded than when you were there. We are on the Caribbean Princess enjoying our last sea day. Thanks for the video always fun to watch!

Nancy, I was just there at Paradise Beach 2 weeks ago from my Carnival Conquest ship, it was amazing and I found the foods to be great, especially on a 100% keto diet. Great beach and pool and the guys serving us were amazing, I had Miguel serving us and running for foods and drinks, it’s a definite stop in Cozumel and well worth the price.

I think we are about 570ish days away from our first cruise and Paradise Beach is definitely the leading contender for our Cozumel port day.

Paradise Beach is very beautiful. If i go on a cruise to Cozumel I will book a shore excursion to Paradise Beach
It’s definitely a fabulous place! You should be able to get a taxi for reasonable price and it’s only a short drive to get there. I recommend making reservations online, since it is starting to become more and more the popular place, with limited reservations during the day. 🥰
Tip: Wear Sun Block lotion probably 50+ and stay under the shade or you will burn and fast.

It's definitely a relaxing place with wonderful service! I think it's getting a bit more busy now that more people know about it, so I'd recommend the all-inclusive option. I feel like we would have done that option had I re-done the day! The nice thing is that with the All-inclusive reservation, you are guaranteed a spot there, otherwise it might be full. Enjoy your vacay!

Just curious, how long did you stay before heading back to the ship? I know it was about 30 minutes total, it looks like we’re on the same schedule and I’m wondering how long you were able to stay to plan enough time for port shopping !

How fun!! I would head back about 1.5 hours prior to official "back on board" time so you have plenty of time to shop - there are many shops at port there and great deals!

How long do people normally stay :) I know you got there around 9:30 but when did you head back?! Thanks
It really matters what time your "back on board" time is. Usually between 2 - 4pm people are heading out and you can really tell because the beach club starts to get empty. I hope you enjoy your cruise and thanks for watching!

I believe the price CAN be better if booked in advance, especially if you find a sale (they run occasional sales - check out their facebook page for that info). Also they sometimes sell out and so it would be good to have it reserved ahead of time if you want to go there. We really liked it!
We are stopping here in October and wondering if we should go to Mr. Sanchos or the Paradise Beach Club? Those souped-up golf cart thingies are pretty cool (don't I master the English language well). I thought this was an All-Inclusive but it sounds like you paid for everything separately, what is the difference in cost? I watched the whole video waiting to see you Ice skate????🐸
Yeah...we missed the ice skating on that one (thank goodness!) Those cars were really cool - I'm not sure how you rent one of those! We enjoy both Mr. Sanchos and Paradise Beach; either is very good. Paradise Beach is starting to pick up more and more business, especially when there are several cruise ships at port, so if you are going to either location, I recommend making reservations and going with the all-inclusive option. We were very happy with the pay-as-you-go option, but they don't offer that if they are full!

That’s a good question; we do give a tip to the taxi drivers, usually nothing huge but nice to give them a few dollars extra. Of course the tipping thing is according to what you have in cash as well as the level of service you received. God bless!
Trying to decide on Mr Sanchos or Paradise BC
Either one is fabulous!! Mr Sanchos has amazing coconut shrimp, Paradise beach has the BEST pool. You will enjoy!!❤️🤗

Is this a shore excursion offered by Carnival or do you book it independently please?
Thank you for this wonderful question; this is a non-Cruiseline type of excursion, so you have to be sure that you give yourself plenty of time to get back to the ship. That being said there are always plenty of taxis and the price of taking a taxi is not much. The ride there is only about 12 minutes long. It is definitely a wonderful way to spend the day in Cozumel!🤗
Carnival does offer this excursion through their website. We will be in Cozumel 8/22 for an 8/20 sailing on the Mardi Gras.

How do you pay the taxi company after the ride? Cash or electronic?
Good question; they take cash; we gave them US dollars
Are jet skis there as well?
Yes, they do have Jet Ski Rental and if you book the all-inclusive rate I believe they give you a discount! It's a wonderful place!
How much is an appropriate amount to pay the waiter?
Tipping is always a very personal preference based on your service and how much you have available to tip. Usually for the day we give around twenty.
How much was the taxi?
Thanks for watching and for the question! There's a taxi pricing list at all of the ports, depending on which cruise port you are at. From Puerto Maya or International Pier, the pricing was per taxi, not per person: it was $15 for 1-4; $21 for 5; $30 for 6-8 people. We really like the taxi system they have on that island. I hope that helps!

Hello! Are you asking how much it costs? It was only $3 entry fee several years ago, but now it is around $67 to have the all-inclusive day there. They do offer an a la cart option but that sometimes isn't available if they are completely booked with reservations. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
Your title pop up: “we spent alot.” I was thinking that with the drinks and the food ordered you would probably have been better off buying the all in option and this popped up. Those prices are not very reasonable.
In retrospect we think we would have enjoyed the all-inclusive option there. We will definitely be doing that in the future! Thanks so much for watching and for your feedback!
@@NauticalNurseNancy it does sound like a better option to go all inclusive. Depends though, now my wife old be happy with a Coke and something small to eat so for her likely pay as you go for me all in could be better. I bet they wouldn’t permit a couple but one of each option.

No; even when we recently were there they were still an extra cost. Prices are about the same as what was stated in this video. Thank for watching!
