Meditation can help to reduce my stress. I give myself alone time (no music, quiet time) to meditate, relax, practice deep breathing, and a peaceful mind 5-10 mins every morning when I wake up. Stay Healthy! Best wishes!
@@haileysweeny9055 If i just start to practice meditation, I would close my eyes and not think about anything in 10 seconds. After a short seconds, my mind starts thinking about something else, I would stop the meditation. And then, I practice the same technique for 10 seconds a few times a day. Then i would gradually increase to 30 seconds of meditation the next day. Then i gradually increase to 1 minute to 5 minutes each day. Hope it would help. Everything needs patience. Meditation means let your mind relax.
We love you! Thank you! Sitting with panic, anxiety is a acquired trait. Baby steps in friending troubles, pain, the trauma. Parts work is freeing. Thank you so much for saying to rise to stress because my PC hasn’t working lately since you said that I took that as a challenge and I was able to get it working
The washing dishes one is so true, they all are, but I specifically wanted to point that out. Recently I started washing dishes, at first I wasn't fond of it, but now I absolutely love it, washing dishes cheers me up and just satisfies me so much, I feel good and accomplished! Another thing that satisfies me and makes me feel good is ironing clothes 🥺
Hi everyone I'm Diana. I started writing about myself in comments and alot of people replied with similar stories and great advice🧡 Now I'm out of my abusive relationship.. I'm finally free. I don't feel attached and scared anymore. I'm slowly gaining back my confidence and fixing my health. I'm grateful for all the support I got even though it was through strangers. On top of that my therapist refused to charge me after understanding that I'm not financial stable. #feelingblessed😇

rn i feel so much social anxiety, that i can't even read homework from my table in school. I suddently get severe anxiety and panic attacks. This might help but i need real deep solution like everyone else.
I really liked the good posture tip and I always enjoyed washing dishes, so it is about bringing yourself back to the present. I suffer from anxiety due to building works at home gone really bad. Thank you for your video. It has helped me a lot
Funnily, a few months ago I was preparing a job application and decided to go and wash my dishes to take a break, and as I was washing, got some inspiration to make my application better. In fact, from all the household chores, I find washing dishes the most enjoyable. Dunno why... I am also a hugger. The pandemic has been tough cuz I very rarely hug right now, but I think it is really necessary to hug and squeeze those hormones into people's system. And it feels so nice! I try not to over-stress when stressful events such an exam are approaching. I try always to view them as a challenge and always do my best and focus on the things that I did well and less on what didn't work. That helps me relieve stress a lot. Finally, I get good quality sleep and that helps a lot to clear my mind and get through my day as smoothly as possible. Thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it!
I don't know why but when ever I feel upset or negative cleaning in general really helps me focus all my negative emotions on the cleaning task and once I finish the task I feel a little better
I really needed a lot of these videos, especially that the characters I will be making have these conditions and I don't want them to represented badly. 😔😔
Halfway through this I was reminded of how today during art class which usually is a place where I can keep calm but today I was in the middle of it just listening to the teacher talk and all of a sudden my heart was pounding and my thought were just racing and I was shaking not enough for people to notice though and I didn’t know what to do then like I was sitting in the middle of the class listening to the teacher talk like I had no idea what to do and what was happening because that has never happened to me before
Meditate, exercise, practise gratitude, learn to sit with your emotions mindfully, learn to stay present, find 5 things for each 5 senses when you feel anxious.
I JUST WOKE UP BECAUSE IM STRESSED. IT’S CURRENTLY 01:11 am IN BRITAIN AND IM SCARED IM SCARED I DONT WANT TO DIE BUT I DONT WANT TO LIVE LIKE THIS. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Funny enough, washing dishes does help me calm my nerves. Meditation has been the best remedy for stress that I could find so far. Still struggling with the going to bed on time part. Mainly because I am creating my own schedule but I know more regular sleeping hours would help me greatly in so many ways.
It depresses me how few people realize meditation, while seemingly harmless, actually invites spirits into your life. The harmless part is why you don't realize what you've done. Everything else though, sounds good (well, actually, washing dishes is something I can't do due to trauma and will have to work that out in therapy...)! I'll just replace meditation for prayer and bible reading. Posture seems hard for me, though... Definitely gonna hug my plushie more, now!
Yes: I wash dishes all day and all night! Five ten fifteen minutes here and there: it keeps them going; I don’t stress about not getting them all done…they are always there…
I want to share three tips that help me deal with stress myself. * Stress can cause anxiety. So try this: First, recognize that some stress is inevitable. Fretting over things you cannot prevent increases your stress. Second, understand that quite often things do not turn out the way we may fear they will. * Be modest, set reasonable standards, and know both your limitations and those of others. When you do this, you will reduce stress all around and even encourage greater success. Also, keep a sense of humor. When you laugh-even when something goes wrong-you relieve tension and brighten your mood. * play chess and solve chess puzzles. If you want to play with me, write me, I will be very happy!
We know it's not a virus but it's killing my appetite happiness and i cant even sleep without someone with me... It's so hard to escape from anxiety 😭 ty for your videos 😭
0:51 lol fun fact not only washing dishes helps reduce stress but the same for other chores so I guess us kids that have so many chores to do are less stressed 😂
Nice video. One more suggestion . In life there are only 2 problems-mind and the body. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down on the bed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night anywhere -anytime-- before sleep, at work, at home, when travelling etc with eyes open or closed. One more tip is to sit on a chair without moving, be still and observe your breath for a few minutes. Stillness reduces thoughts and brings quick relief. Like me make breath observing a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.
@@shifanasir5234 The effects of breathing will keep varying as you make it a habit. Do meditation without any expectations. Even now as I type this msg I am observing my breath but not continuously. Life is very challenging. Be motivated. Best wishes. Counsellor.

Yes! Hugging is my favorite, wholesome way of expressing my emotions, reducing adrenaline levels, and having feelings that someone is on my side. Although, I sometimes feel a downside to that. Am I crossing over their boundaries? Am I interrupting what they're doing? Will people make fun of me? ☹️

Yes It can. In fact the psy/nurse that told me I had dyst. Told me most people know they have it after going tru a mayor depression. That's what happened To me. After that.. I went to the library and read on dysth. For the first time. It was like reading my autobiography. 1 wished I didn't go tru the mayor depression to find out what I had. It was bad. But I guess it was meant To be that way. Oh and i can fall into a mayor depression again. But since I know what I have, I'm trying To take control of my actions, of my life. But it hard since the mayor depression I went tru left big economic problems. Which.. jejejeje brings me down more.
I was having this constant, unbearable anxiety because of university stress. Not until I came across bergwilly11, a very intelligent mycologist. He saved my life honestly
This is why i am stressed: My exams are next week i haven't studied much and my family is having financial problems. My school dues are not paid since November .and my father just got covid positive and i have to take care of my younger siblings cause mom is at work and i cant study much . I am plus depressed and being bullied in School I dont know what to do i am sooo stressed that i cant even cry even if i want to I dont have friends so whoever is reading this You are the only person i have told these stuff to

Ever since then, I've tried so many different strategies to boost my mental health, but unfortunately, they either didn't work at all, or only had a short-term effect. As if right now, I feel like I'm experiencing the lowest point in my life and my stress levels have been unmanageable. I really hope this video will help, especially since watching it alone was very calming and stress-relieving. I'm going to try to practice these tips every day, and I hope to see improvement. :))

Meditation can help to reduce my stress. I give myself alone time (no music, quiet time) to meditate, relax, practice deep breathing, and a peaceful mind 5-10 mins every morning when I wake up. Stay Healthy! Best wishes!
Any tips on how to not sit and overthink and worry in that time without distraction?

To the beautiful soul reading this. Please know that you are loved. Things may not be at their best right now but trust and believe that the universe has planned something for you. Everything is organized in a chaotic manner. You will eventually be led to where you should be, with the people you should be with. Just act with good intentions and the universe will take care of you, I promise. ❤
Another thing that satisfies me and makes me feel good is ironing clothes 🥺
viewing stress as a challenge to tackle is an amazing idea for people who love to develop themselves. brilliant idea!!!!

I started writing about myself in comments and alot of people replied with similar stories and great advice🧡
Now I'm out of my abusive relationship.. I'm finally free. I don't feel attached and scared anymore. I'm slowly gaining back my confidence and fixing my health. I'm grateful for all the support I got even though it was through strangers.
On top of that my therapist refused to charge me after understanding that I'm not financial stable.

6 ways to reduce stress and anxiety
1. Washing Dishes
Me: god, I wish mom shouldn't see this cus she'll make me wash dishes the whole day then😅
Washing dishes thing is soooo true. I'm as server and a dishwasher and when it was my serving shift, I got stressed out so much I would cry when I get home but when I had my dishwashing shift, I felt relaxed and happy when I got home. I didn't even cry.

rn i feel so much social anxiety, that i can't even read homework from my table in school.
Feeling stressed today. And this suddenly popped up in my notifications. Thanks, Psych2Go!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

When I’m stressed which is most of the time my anger just gets worse
Thanks for the beautiful tips Baruch

Stress Support Capsules have been essential in improving my overall mental well-being.
Thankyou for your advice, I was really stressed and now I feel much calmer. The breathing tip is very helpful 💙 Stay blessed

Psilocybin containing mushroom saved my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit. it has also helped me to survive depression
I have been diagnosed with this and some social anxiety sprinkled on top.
What a treat.
