Psych Synopsis: "PSYCH" is a quick-witted dramedy about a young police consultant Shawn Spencer (James Roday Rodriguez, “The Dukes of Hazzard”) who solves crimes with powers of observation so acute that he’s convinced Santa Barbara PD detectives into thinking he's psychic. Raised in Santa Barbara by a family of cops, Shawn possesses uncanny powers of observation honed by his police officer father, Henry, who drilled young Shawn to note even the smallest of details from his surroundings as a way of grooming him for his inevitable career in the family business. With the reluctant assistance of his best friend Gus, Shawn uses his skills of observation and charismatic personality to become the detective he was trained to be, opening his own PI agency - Psych - and solving cases for an ever-suspicious, but grudgingly impressed, police force.

Dulé Hill is a very very good actor he reminds me Ben Vereen in "Tenspeed and Brown Shoe". Why not make a show with both ? a special TV.... ? or a film why not. a great comedy, making really laugh

Do you think Conan is a better detective than Shawn? It usually takes hours for Conan to solve a case and it’s before the crime scene is cleared out. Meanwhile Shawn usually takes days to solve his cases? Is Conan better or are their respective cases so different that it would take Conan days to solve Shawn’s cases and Shawn hours to solve Conan’s cases?

Why is Shawn such a bum kind of character. Keeps using Gus's credit card. Never had money to spend. And the director is so senseless. He makes Jules leave a rich guy to be with a bum who doesn't have any money. It's senseless.

I always wondered why Spencer thought he’s pretending to be psychic. I know he thinks he is just hypersensitive to details… but can’t hypersensitive intuition fall into the the psychic realm…maybe all psychic are just picking up details that no one else notices. Think about it… how does anyone know where the thoughts in one’s mind come from…we assume they’re our thoughts… muahahahaha his only crime is how he exaggerates the thoughts coming to him after he gets the thoughts….Shawn should say, psych, I’m not really psychic….or am i?
Shawn had to say something to get himself off the hook in the pilot episode because he was going to be arrested in connection with the crime he solved. Thereare enough clues on the show and even the opening song that the chief knows the truth.

@@kenaboss4527 how long ago did you watch season 4? I just rewatched it. It was hard to watch. They had made it a police serial and taken away all of their previous standards. It wasnt until the middle of season 5 that they went back to their shenanigans and standard script.
Psych Official you all need to do an edit to some of the episodes and remove the small parts Henry was in in some of them, cuz it’s not as interesting if he’s in it just for a second. He should only be in ones that he has a big part in.
