The bolt DOES work on mobile as a mobile player myself. You just have to hover the button to the person or animal and tap it to use the voodoo. It can't unlock so you just have to turn your screen. But it does work, its just painful to use.

I jitter at a decent speed always saves me in huts
basic tip of "Pvp": have 1mil+ blood fruit and mats for builds (make sure you have high cps or all your fruits and mats are not going to help)😃😃

To do the first part for mobile just spam place ur walls and spin around it will create walls around them and they cant run away anymore
