@@dan-us6nk depends on how you think of it. Of course, fe. it is better for two young ppl to have sex with contraceptives rather than without, but the issue is not as simple as it seems.
Contraceptives and the sexual revolution as a whole created a problem that they then offered the "solution" for. Sex is for the whole giving of self to your life partner, significant other, however you say it, if you use contraceptives it defeats the purpose of giving all of yourself.
Nowadays ppl think pregnancy is a risk involved with sex, a bad consequence, a side effect. That is totally backwards, biologically speaking pregnancy is the reason sex exists in the first place.
I'm not saying that you should only have sex when you want a kid from it, of course sex is for enjoyment and connection too, but if you worry about having a kid and want to avoid pregnancy at all costs, why even have sex in the first place? We are not animals, we can control our instincts, if you are not ready to commit fully to one person, you shouldn't have sex imo.
This is all my opinion based on the teachings of the Church, you don't have to agree, you can have your own differing opinions, I'm not trying to force beliefs and let alone judge. God bless.

Squats are a great movement, however, there's still some variants that you could do, such as a leg press (with proper ROM pls), hack squats or even bulgarian split squats. Also, since you're a beginner, you probably only need 2 exercises, so one of them coupled with say a leg extension would get you some tree trunk legs!
