🙏🙏🙏 Geshi la thank you for your teaching, your teaching is so easy for me to understand. Geshi la please can you teach on emptiness and how to meditate on emptiness as His Holiness Dalai Lama always advice us on meditate on compassion and emptiness. 🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐 Geshi la your teaching helps me so much on my anger. Geshi la you are precious , I never heard these teachings on Buddhism when I went to school, we just have to recite prayers like a parrot , don’t know about four noble truth , shantideva’s teaching and heart sutra.
