I managed to get 967km @26.4km /L with my City RS. I averaged about 95kph on the highways and I did about 3 top speed run as well. I didn’t use the ‘B’ mode nor the deceleration to gain more battery generation throughout this test.
Boleh bro review skit keta bro penjimatan mcm mana.., actually motor elektrik tu boleh bwk kereta tu smpi brapa kmh than engin br take over? Sy tk faham sgt ttg hybrid ni, so honda city hybrid ni is a full hybrid ke?
I own a Honda Jazz e:HEV and the fuel consumption is almost as claimed. City drive can really be impressive, hitting > 25 km/l and sometimes > 30km/l with some hypermiling tricks. Though on NS highway I gotta keep the speed nearer to 100 km/hrto obtain fuel efficiency of 25 km/l. Going to near 130km/hr will bring the fuel efficiency to the range of 20km/l - 22 km/l. All in all, coupled with Honda Sensing for the LKS and ADAS, the driving experience is relaxing. (though I wish that the LKS can have wider range of speed)/
Any car with excellent fuel mileage is best suited for those high mileage drivers. They would reap most of its benefit. Contemplation of cost of petrol savings versus cost of the car vs maintenance in the long run are too valid factors for those for budget conscious drivers.
Hope to see the fuel consumption for 100% city driving. During morning when people go to work, when lunch time and during evening when people going back home.
The acceleration against the trailer lorry was impressive, almost like turbo. Yeaa all impressive but remember the tech isn't for free. U have to topup a lot over V-sensing spec. An amount enough to give V-sensing spec years of extra free fuels so in the end, the money worth is the same.
@@pauljaa4719 i agree. But rear brake disc quite crucial. Other than that just xtra. I love hybrid. Rs seems the only choice they’ve offered. Bought it anyway. Haha
@@Rickyrock842 yea don't get me wrong. RS is a great car, on its own. U do get what u paid for, in its case. It's just that the impression changes when u compare it against other specs.
Yes its 16k more to get rs version but its almost all u get back what u paid for.u go in v spec n rs first thing u see epb w auto brake hold..then u got rear brake disc..then u got rs bodykit which cost around 2-3k outside that i saw many other spec convert to..then we got nice black+red color interior n roofline compared to some cream color on v specs which i really afraid my kid touch it..then u got honda connect apps..u can turn on the aircond on yr phone,15minutes before enter the car without need to be near to the car..really useful in malaysia..thats all on top of mind blowing fuel consumption which is cheaper than ev or axia..no engine sound when u start the car, meaning no need to wait for engine to warm up in morning..plus some other minor things that also make the car more premium than v spec..a bit more expensive but well worth it..
Appreciate the reviews. such a bargain to get that fuel efficiency. However i would also like to know if the engine are out of fuel, will it drive using battery for a while or not
I dont think it is a big issue. In my experience (250k) only punctured my tyre twice in 11 years. If it ever happened and it cant be repaired with repair kit i will just call a tow truck 😂

Why not?
How many KM per tank for average city drive ?
That's really impressive. Got to say Honda engineers did a great job on this Honda City model!👍
im usinig honda city 2014 v spec. not hybrid. full tank rm 80 i get 650km . with hybrid can get almost 1000 is very good
Great value for money. Been using the City RS for one year now, no complain.
Can share how is the NVH?
Great content, but might wanna lower the music volume when you’re not talking 😅

1 lit. 24km. nice
i always like the real world test. thats why i sub
I would say, it is considered one of the best video of the year.

that was the longest roadtrip but worth it and this car is very fuel-efficient

Not by far if consider a lot other differences from v and rs. Headroom lining black, rear brake disc, electronic parking brake, suade like seats.
@@Rickyrock842 those are superficial stuff, not critical stuff. Many can live without as shown by majority sales of both V specs.

to maximize fuel efficiency the sweet spot is drive between 90km/h, higher than 110 fc will start to drop
Slower than lorries 😅

wow, looks like this is the best (so far) alternative VS EV cars, to save money on fuels and for the environment
I would like to see you guys testing on 2022 Honda Civic e:HEV RS hybrid😀
very efficient...rm33 for KL-PNG-KL + some city drive...good review
Macam mana penggunaan minyak untuk city driving?
Should do a review fuel consumption in city drive.
Hybrid generation ❤
Amazing video Respect. can u compare pro & cons city rs e:hev vs s70? please 🙏 😊
Waiting also for this
Why is my city hybrid fuel consumption so high ? 17km/L while you all can reach 20+ ?
I hope next car review civic ehev test the fuel consumption
The most frustrating thing about this car is its price. For about 15K more I can be driving a BYD Dolphin, which is a fully electric one.
Definitely impressive!
Penang jam jam ya :). Go to Kedah or smtg.
Yes. Almost perfect ADAS. Vellfire Adas cant challenge honda ADAS
I am more concern on the cost of battery replacement, may I know how much it costs now ?
Inquired in the showroom & they say it will be few hundreds only.....also got 8 year warranty for battery
Sorry, you mean a few hundred ringgit to change to a new battery?
@@ysy2020 yep
I am actually referring to a hybrid battery replacement.
@@ysy2020 am referring the same and planning to buy the car
Maybe this will will replace my persona...
I hope honda bring city hev in the philippines
Music so loud Bro 😅
Can you do this test for cars like the Ativa and Vios as well?
Is it suitable for grab driver?
No spare tyre not an issue meh?
I use spare tire on daily basis, that’s an issue for me.

No problem for honda hybrid, for other brand it’s a major issue 😅
Even new toyota vios 2023 doesn’t come with spare tyre. u will see more and more cars moving toward that direction. 😢
Id take this too..but its price though.add 10k can get a civic already
Agree that the RS variant is too pricey however Civic is priced at 130k, so need to add another 22k
@@mfahimfahmi civic ketam i mean haha
Save on petrol now and lose on second hand value later
wont be a problem if u buy a used one in the 1st place 😁
