Suppressor reduces the sound from gunshots but it is useless because if someone your fighting doesn’t have it then everyone can hear you TLDR suppressor is USELESS

There is a strategy for doom island that worked for me the one time I got it all you have to do is if the island is over an area like a bush or a hiding spot stay there until u can’t hear anymore action then once u think everyone is cleared out u go for the kill on the last dude and boom u get doom
You should turn on "visualize sound effects" on the settings, it will quite literally change your life. Also i think you might want to check your PC for viruses, you seem to get hacked a lot.
