Ecco is basically a fairly breezy retro Metroidvania and I reckon you'd actually quite enjoy it now... if you can get over the PTSD.

The retro games Alex was selling were fantastic. The cardboard on the snes games was in great condition for so many of them.

I used to play Outrun on the Amstrad when i was a kid. Good game. Didn't realise it was on the Megadrive.
Well you certainly scored well with those rare SNES titles, I'm a racer fan and I've not seen that Dirt Tax FX game before, doesn't look too bad
You're best pickup is Outrun, my favourite game of all time and a beautiful box. Not the greatest version but still a good play 👍

Great pickups , I picked up and own an absolute mint copy of magic boy paid £50 on eBay for it a few years back! I’ve just started collecting switch super rare games I’ve managed to get 30 sealed games in the last couple of months! Think there about 110 in total at the moment!

Great stuff, another one to get would be 'Outrun 2019' [ unless you have it already?] came out about 93' not as good as 'Outrun' but worth a play and as part of your collection.
Oh yeah it's a must now... seen a review, wasn't particularly favourable 😅

I get echo for Xmas and swam around for hours on that first level too! No idea what I was doing. Hate that game! -- equal to the water level on sonic! 😂😂😂
I remember a helicopter game I bought for my mega drive called Redzone, but I’ve never seen it since. I bought it due to loving the strike games(desert, jungle and urban strike game). It was supposed to be the next big helicopter game thing at the time. It came out very near the end of the mega drive generation.

I had similar experience with combat cars. Loved the game and idea but could get past first couple of races so never got my bday monies worth out of it 😂

Ecco is the Megadrive equivalent to Atari's E.T... Everyone had a copy of it but no one knew what to ruddy do apart from spend hours walking/swimming around achieving nowt!!
