What a beautiful and historic cemetery. All of these people had lives, families and stories to tell. Even in death their stories can still be told. Thanks Sue xxx
What a treasure for all of us that love these old resting places. My hands are twitching to get my supplies and head there to clean those amazing stones. I so appreciate you taking us there. I would love to personally love to thank all of those who spent the time to clean this cemetery.🥰
Hi Richard that is so sweet, unfortunately my PayPal is not working and will not connect to my bank, the only way is through my gofund me page but for that you need a bank card, you are so sweet but it's not necessary ❤❤
Sue, I truly loved this cemetery. So many old graves and so many tombstones you could still read. I think I could happily spends hours there! Thank you for showing it to us!

Amazing graveyard Sue.Someone has done a lot of work in there for sure.I think in some ways it’s preserved many of those headstones..I am amazed at how many younger people are buried in there.Perhaps a flu epidemic or something at the time..One thing for sure the new headstones we have now will not last this long, nor are they as beautifully carved as these ones either. Thanks for the sdventure today,it looked rather cold out there too.Love n Light 🥰

Whomever the artist was of those headstones really had a talent! I love seeing these relics from the 16th century. I can’t imagine what life was like back then. Amazing how the headstones have lasted this long. Some are 252 YEARS OLD!!! Wow.
Watching the video again. I just love ghd 1700's and especially when they csn be read. God bless the one or more who is keeping the graveyard cleared and the stonework, just magnificent.❤😊❤😊
Sue, this has to be the most amazing cemetery you have found. Knowing that so many gave their lives, for Ireland, is humbling. You have brought their lives to light. May they know that they did not die in vain and may they rest in peace.
Oh how wonderful that you are allowing us to escape with you on these adventures to another place and time in history!! You are incredible! The old tombstones leaning over and some covered with the evidence of the decades of time itself lends an air of mystery and curiosity we can only imagine. The cemeteries of today lack the atmosphere of those of long ago.
Beautiful place seems peaceful. Those dates go way back amazing with the lovely designs and writing on the stones and done painstakingly by hand. Thank you Sue. I could listen to you read the headstones all day!

Hi sue beautiful head stones lovely video lots of History in this cemetery thanks for sharing this video the writing on these headstones are stunning like what you said take care sue and GV 👍
Hi Sue! Thanks for another great video and for explaining the significance of the sun and moon symbols. I had wondered what they represented. I know of a landowner in the Adelaide Hills who occasionally borrows a herd of goats to keep the grass and weeds in his paddock under control, and their fertiliser is a bonus. 🇦🇺 🇮🇪
Whoever cleaned up this cemetery did a great job, I hope they can keep it cleaned up. Good size cemetery, interesting headstones 🪦 the inscriptions on some of them are amazing! I have never seen so many leaning headstones. Perhaps one day, if the families cannot be contacted or have all passed on, an organization can come in and straighten them. Thank you very much Sue and GV, for a very interesting video. Take care. 😊
