i love that both chillichump and John have similiar paths to fermentation as me. My honey fermented garlic is 2 years old and black and quite sweet. i have honey fermented Jalapenos almost ready, although those jalapenos have almost no heat.

Yay! I'm not the only one with a man-crush on Chili Chump! 😂❤ A new channel to follow, ATX sounds awesome! Some day I hope I can vacation in the South for one of the food or hot sauce festivals. I'd be really torn between the Datil Fest in Florida, or Texas.

YT notifications are so erratic. Set a reminder on your phone next time. The livestream are always first Sunday of each month, 5pm UK time (12pm EST)
