The timing of this upload is so poetic because this day last year was arguably the worst day of my life, almost to the point in which I wanted to leave the earth. I’m in a much better place now and I’m just reflecting on how much I’ve done this year to enjoy life more. And yesss, I did go to therapy 😊

Really kind of nailing the niche audience. This last week has been hell on my sleep, and I use this and a few other ASMR things to try to get my sleep moving.
It took me 11 years to get 1 year of therapy, which was the "wrong type". I needed the hard, psychodynamic stuff. The irony of the title isn't lost on me 😂 Thank you anyway ❤👏🏼

I remember that one of your past videos motivated me to go to therapy, and it is really working, thank you a lot!
You know it made me think back to a Hell's Kitchen episode and one contestant. He was going through a lot and had to leave the show and go get some help. Mental health is not given enough attention. In my opinion. Therapy is very important. You showing your vulnerability and admitting you're going through a lot makes you braver than you may think.
on the same day this got released i (finally) had visitors from therapy people who will help me and i had this kind of converstations too.. i have been recovered from serious bad condition and i almost died.. but here i am and making a better day of it all and i have no need for speed anymore my heart is healed and thanks too cherrie i found myself back with the video pep talk that helped alot thank you alot

I was about to go to bed when I noticed your video. Then I realized I needed my Social Security number, phone numbers, and even had my driver's license ready. I was afraid you would ask about my taxes too. Ended up arguing with my parents about why they never told me we live next to an airport. Now I need therapy to get over this "trauma".
