  • So many Ammonites and other fossilized creators.
    Ammonites are all over the area waiting to be picked up, or hammer drilled out of the 60 million year old mud. Also a strange Fossil with some type of reptile scaly surface still attached, Sandollar’s that are very unique. several Ammonites are complete!! There were so many upstream that I wasn’t able to gather all of them. Looks like they’ll be several more trips to make!!

    I have some ammonites from Texas. They, like yours, were shallow living creatures...The sutures in the shell tells the story. Straighter, not curvy sutures indicate they didn't have to with stand water pressure.. Those with wavy sutures were deep water animals. Suture structure indicates where they lived. A lot of those "plant" rocks Ive seen in your vids resemble trace fossil... They are fossil holes, filled in... Creatures dug them out as dens. Safe from predators, like ammonites and other critter eating animals in a hole. There are no doubt other remains of animals that lived with the ammonites...

    Yeah man, if i would live in Texas i would be glad to help you find all that great stuff for sure!!! Very nice!
    I really enjoy your content.
    But: I think you should have told the police about those two human hands! I made a screenshot of them and had a closer look and in my opinion they are not old. Old bones have a completely other colour, they are damaged and the texture is worn out. The bones would not stay so close together, they drift away with wind, water and weather. Next thing i recognized: The forearm bones do not look like they were broke ( have a look at the ends of the forearm bones, very smooth), they look like they were cut off. Could have been a serious crime so think about telling the police!
    All the best finds, greets fom Munich, Bavaria!

    • @huenchen82
      @huenchen82 4 роки тому +4

      @@DiamondMinerIvins I think those two hands belong to the same person. Left hand and right hand. They are not very far away from each other....within 10 minutes of your video, and there is not so much cutting in this timeline, you may have passed about a few hundred meters? I really think that somebody got rid of somebody there...! Maybe there are more parts in that deeper water in front of this ammonite. To identify the person. What about you, imagine one of your family is missing....absolutely horrible...

    • @huenchen82
      @huenchen82 4 роки тому +3

      The second hand in your video at 17:01 is a right hand. The bigger one of the two forearm bones is on the left side, also you can clearly see the thumb. Also the distance of the cut is nearly equal at bothe hands, unusual for an accident, isnt´ it?

    • @XNiahX11X
      @XNiahX11X 3 роки тому +1

      @@huenchen82 if you look closer you may notice they are both defiantly right hands. Two right hands i am certain. Or more like 1 fake had I suspect..
      If you look at the first hand, the way the fingers curl upwards/inwards suggests it is a right hand with the palm facing the sky and so it can be easily confused with a left hand. The second is a right hand with the palm facing down. Well at least I think so anyway. I wouldnt worry about them being real hands since 2 right hands and DMI kinda makes a pretty obvious hint to the hands being there but does not point them out. I suspect he is testing us haha

    Any of you guys ever think thier bear paws removed from a bear? Um ya you know just a thought. Also hard to believe that thier was two of them dead centre in the frame and he didnt see either of them lmao. Just so happens at both times also he mentions never know what youll find then you see the first bones then he says oh i thought i saw a fish jump and just so happens to see another set of bones matching the first. Something smells funny and its not me.

    Be careful with feathers. It's illegal to be in possession of a Bald or Golden Eagle feather unless you are a Native American. I wanted to say the first one is from a Blue Quail but I don't think you are far enough west to be into those. Have you ever been to the store near White Cliffs (Millwood Lake) that has all the dino fossils? It's interesting. Peace

    • @EricStorms
      @EricStorms 2 роки тому

      I believe collecting any feathers is illegal, one rule for all vs trying to just ID specific birds. Just adding so you know, not to be annoying 😁 great video!

    You need to focus on something unusual and investigate things a little bit because you miss something that the viewers want to know and don't focus too much on an item you want to find. It makes the video not satisfying..🤔🤔 just a little side track won't hurt your content
