Japanese food is my favorite food. So you can bet I was waiting for this one! I was in Tokyo in 2003 and then a larger Japan trip in 2010. Sushi, Ramen, Yakitori, Shabu Shabu, Yakiniku, Takoyaki, Gyoza..loved it all! Can't wait for the next one! 🍣🇯🇵😎

I'm glad that you enjoyed food in Osaka. Takoyaki is also a very popular food in Osaka, as well as Okonomiyaki. I also recommend you Oyakodon, Katsudon, and curry&rice, and Unaju.

Do you know Japanese food called Tonkatsu?
It is a food made by frying pork in bread crumbs.
It has a delicious texture that can only be tasted in Japan.
Try it if you have the chance.
You can eat it all over Japan.

Hi guys! Anna your hair color looks beautiful. I have been fortunate to travel to Japan 4 times in my life. It’s strange to say but the worst sushi I ever had in my life was in Narita, in the old town near the temple. In fact it was so absolutely terrible we had to discreetly spit it into kleenex tissues and eventually put it whole into the tissues when no one was looking which I had to transport in my purse out of the restaurant so as not to offend. Manners are important in Japan and we didn’t want to offend anyone or look like wasteful westerners. It’s a very funny memory. It was just simple tuna (maguro), but just awful. Outside of that experience sushi (nigiri or sashimi) was very good in Japan. I love sushi!! But ramen is a different level in Japan. Ramen is the best ! Have fun! 🍜 🍣
