- Learn to make you own stunning silver stud earrings with some wire and pliers. No soldering needed and this project is a great one for beginners.
Tools and Materials you will need:
0.6mm Silver Wire
Round nosed pliers
Chain nosed pliers
Side cutters
Beading mat
Wooden mandrel

Which brand of tarnish resistant wires is suitable for jewelry business?
There's a big selection of wires available out there, most reputable jewellery suppliers will sell a decent brand of wire. However, brass, silver plated wire and sterling silver wire will eventually tarnish slightly. x

would the studs still work with 20 gauge wire? my local craft shop is out of 22
Yes you an use any wire you can manipulate and work with comfortably
20 gauge is the biggest you can put through your ear IIRC.
