Thank you for this information. But I'm left very confused about you advising not to light lamp in front of Tulasi in evening. I have seen the lamp lit in the evening for Tulsi plant in our home since childhood. Today I read in another ISCON site, the importance of lighting the lamp in front of tulasi in evening during Kartik maas.
