I met Squire some time ago and asked him what key was the original song published in. He was very humble and gracious and said in the key of G, which he wrote and said as he has gotten older, dropped it to F. to be easier on his vocal chords. I have immense respect for him, he is the real deal. I truly believe he loves Jesus.
Don't be a goober. It is him, with flats and pushing notes. Faking would result in a more exacting results. I know a national voice coach in Acworth if ya'll want to spend a few hours tightening it up. Great effort. Guitar was nice.

This song is nice. But this guy is NOT singing it. That's not his voice. Watch his lips closely. You see a blur .. Fraud
