Pass so many truckers the passed 2 days don't know if we passed you we drive a blue 2018 Ford Expedition from Deadhorse to anchorage was in 2 wheel drive all the way down here that was pretty sketchy never well do that again safe travels to the both of you love all the videos you make awesome!

Looks like you are new to mountain trucking. Just hung up my keys so no more mountain fun for me. One suggestion, you are following too close on that road with is covered in Calcium chloride which means it is slippery at the best of times, add water and you are going to slam into the back of the truck in front of you on a steep down hill grade. Going up hill it will degrade your traction so it is best to get a little run at it.

One economic way to improve this road surface would be to add D-1 gravel on the surface and roller compact it down when the road is damp. This gravel is approximately 1 inch rocks with sand in the mix. The gravel for this is available in Seward, Anchorage and Palmer. All on the railway path.
this video reminds me of my days hauling off-hyway logs in northern BC, long dirty roads, although back then they were only one lane trails...the part of this video I did not like, was the reminder I had when it comes time to wash your truck, arrrrrgh...lol

Not all kenworth are good we had 2 but the w990 are sucks we really love the peterbilt
